Are your products for a certain purpose or can I use it for my daily regime?
You can use our products for multi purposes. We actively encourage our products to be used as apart of your daily beauty regime as they have so many benefits for your beautiful body to keep it moisturised, youthful, glowing and reduce the effects of aging. Use our products to provide comforting relief if you notice your skin has some redness and/or dry and itchy feeling to it.
I have just finished Chemotherapy and/or Radiation therapy is this safe to use on the affected area?
Yes it is safe to use on the affected area. My mum used emu oil and some other natural products after she finished her radiotherapy for relief of the dry redness of her skin and it cleared up very quickly. She had used other creams but after one complication with chemicals, she switched to emu oil and the red patch which was about 15cm length x 10 cm wide, disappeared in about 1.5 weeks after the issue. Great result and it is so good to not see her in pain anymore, also no more trips to the Emergency Hospital.
How are the products different to others?
Our products are different in terms of how they are produced. A lot of other companies will talk about refining and how they are natural, but if you look at the ingredients they use you will notice it is not all natural. At Wild Harvest Care, all our products contain only natural ingredients and no harmful chemicals. We make them with love so that you can feel the richness your body deserves.
Your prices ($$) seem a bit more expensive than others?
True, our prices do look a bit more expensive. This is because of how we have produced products, we source only the highest quality of natural extracts and also we don't use any chemicals at all. When companies use chemicals, they are able to lower the price as it is cheaper to produce but the quality of the product is being compromised. We don't want to use chemicals as they don't benefit the skin at all.
How do I store the products?
As Wild Harvest Care products are made from natural ingredients, the shelf life is shorter than that of traditional products – which contain artificial preservatives. It is best to keep products in a cool environment, away from sunlight and heat.
Can our products cause skin problems?
Our products do not contain any harmful chemical components and skin problems should not arise from using our products. However everybody’s skin reacts differently to ingredients contained in the product. If skin irritation persists, please stop using the products and seek medical help from your doctor.
Does your product really do what it claims to do?
YES!!! It very much does and we wouldn't be selling or advertise if it didn't. We have personally experienced the use of Emu Oil and its benefits, and are using it ourselves. It has helped to reduce dry itchy skin and also to keep it moisturised.

Why doesn't my 100% Natural Emu Oil pump in the cold?
Common question, it isn't because the product is broken which is the first thought so please do not think that. It is actually because the emu oil is 100% natural and pure that in the cold it has a tendency to clump together. This is actually natural and a completely safe thing to occur when it is cold. To rectify, simply place the bottle in some hot water and over time the oil will be able to be pumped. This way you know it is 100% natural.

It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We will do our best to resolve the matter either by replacing the product or issuing a full refund – this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We would require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
